Sales Executive

Position: Full Time, Permanent Location: Emo, Co. Laois (Hybrid)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and achieving revenue targets. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our sportswear products to various clients, including retailers, distributors, and sports organizations.


Sales Strategy and Target Achievement:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients to expand the customer base.

Customer Acquisition and Relationship Management:

  • Proactively identify and engage potential customers, including retailers, distributors, and sports organizations, to establish strong business relationships.
  • Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value of our sportswear products.

Account Management:

  • Manage and grow existing accounts by fostering long-term relationships with key clients and maximizing their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, design, and production, to ensure timely delivery of products and seamless customer experience.

Sales Reporting and Analysis:

  • Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and analyze data to identify trends, evaluate sales strategies, and make informed business decisions.
  • Utilize CRM software and other tools to effectively manage sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunity tracking.


  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the sportswear industry or related field.
  • Strong knowledge and passion for sports and sportswear trends.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales productivity tools.
